I did some serious research and ask literally hundreds of folks, why aren’t you successful in Real Estate Investing, or how could you be more successful. There was one underlying answer that kept rising to the top, hands down…..folks just aren’t making enough offers. In today’s market, to get a great deal you gotta make 5-10 offers a day. How can you flip a house if you aren’t making offers? Answer that question.
The challenge is that making offers takes time, 10 offers a day at 20 minutes per offer is like 3 hours or something ridiculous like that. I always preach automation and knew in order to help you be successful I had to find an automated system to create the offers, 10 to 100s of them, in just a matter of minutes. I FOUND THAT SYSTEM and detailed on this call.
